Are you curious about the activities of BNI groups in New Jersey? Would you like to join a chapter, or find a local business in your area?
What Can I do?
BNI uses the principle of Servant Leadership
Members of the chapter are selected to serve 6 month terms. The maximum consecutive term is one year.
Leadership and Membership teams are required to take a 5 hour class teaching them how to successfully take care of a BNI Chapter. No one will serve and not understand how to carry out their assignment. All members are welcome to attend so they can be trained for future leadership roles. Don't worry, snacks are included.
